Returns & Exchanges
Thinkware Singapore is committed to making your shopping experience a success and is offering free returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns of unused or unopened merchandise for up to 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price less shipping costs. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
All online orders must be returned via the method described below.
Processing a Return with Invoice & Delivery Order
The invoice and delivery order received in your shipment includes an official invoice and delivery order for your convenience. If you retained these forms, please follow the instructions below to process your return:
A. Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.
B. Drop by a message via our contact us form and indicate the invoice number. Do also write a return reason code and the quantity for each item from the order that is being returned. Also indicate the AWB no. of the return shippment in the message.
Return reasons are as follows:
- Incorrect content
- Incorrect content's capacity
- Incorrect packaging
- Damaged / Defective
- Color faded / Discolored
- Not as pictured
- Order delayed more than 14 business days from invoice date
- Damaged in transit
- Duplicate style / shipment
- Manufacturing defects
- Connectivity issues
C. Put the Original Invoice and Delivery Order into the box before sealing it.
D. Seal the package.

Disputes & Exchanges
We regret for any inconvenience caused for any disputes that arise. For any disputes such as item wrongly delivered, please raise a dispute within 3-5 working days upon receipt, and contact our customer service hotline at 65553560 or email us at email@example.com Our service crew will attend to your needs as soon as we can.
Alternatively, you can request for an exchange by visiting our Service Centre located at 50 Serangoon North Avenue 4 #01-10 First Centre Singapore 555856.
Our exchange policy does not include items on sale or clearance.

Refund of Items
Refund of Thinkware items will be in the form of Gift Cards. Refund/exchange policy of each respective items is determined by Thinkware Singapore. No refund/exchange policy for sales items.
Gift Cards/Vouchers Return Policy
Thinkware Gift Cards and Vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.
Domestic & International Order Returns
For orders shipped, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.
